Hicap Talent Development System Project was officially launched.

At 9: 00 am on May 6th, the kick-off meeting of Hicap talent development system project was held grandly. The kick-off meeting was hosted by Xu Qingjiang, director of human resources. The senior management team of Hicap and Huaxia Cornerstone team, a consulting organization, attended the meeting, and the middle-level and above managers of Hicap seven places attended the video conference as nonvoting delegates.

At the meeting, Fu Miao, manager of Huaxia Cornerstone Project Team, introduced the background, necessity and implementation plan of the talent development system project, and explained in detail the objectives to be achieved, the management mechanism and the implementation work arrangement of the project. It is hoped that through the implementation of the talent development system project, Hicap will build a perfect talent development system, improve the ability of employees in all directions, and help Hicap realize the plan of multiplying benefits.
