Hicap actively participated in the construction of the "Leader" system. In 2022, it led and participated in the drafting and publication of the group standards T∕CPF 0043-2022 "Combination Anti-counterfeiting Bottle Cap for Quality Grading and Leader Evaluation Requirements" and T∕CPF 0038-2022 "Cushioned Aluminum Anti-theft Bottle Cap for Quality Grading and Leader Evaluation Requirements".

According to the requirements of quality grading and "leader" evaluation, our company has formulated and publicized the enterprise standards Q/HPZL 0001-2022 "Combined Anti-counterfeiting Bottle Cap" and Q/HPZL 0002-2022 "Cushioned Aluminum Anti-theft Bottle Cap". The quality and performance of the products produced according to the above standards are at the leading level in the industry, so Hicap was selected as "the leader of enterprise standards" by industry authorities for two consecutive years in 2022 and 2023.
